Shipping
"When will my order ship?"
- 1-2 business days after order has been placed. "How long will it take my order to arrive?" 3-5 business days.
"How are shipping costs calculated?"
- Shipping is calculated based on weight of your items and is given to you at cost to ensure you get the best prices possible.
- Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and total weight of order. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
- Orders weighing over 20 lbs will have custom shipping rates applied upon placing your order.
Returns/Refunds
"How many days do I have to return an item?"
- We allow a one week window for returns on unopened products. Email for further details and questions about your return!
"What items are returnable?"
- Any unopened items are returnable in their original packaging. Because of our product types, we cannot allow returns on used products. If you are simply dissatisfied with your item, please contact us for assistance.
"How do I receive my refund?"
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

"I received the wrong item"

"My package was damaged in transit."
- We are so sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, we are not liable for damage that occurs in transit so we can't offer a refund. However, other offers are available so please reach out!
